Internal processes usually work; the problem is that they are spread across spreadsheets, email threads and a handful of separate applications. Our work here is to gather a functioning process into one system without displacing it, and to add visibility on top.

How we work

We start by documenting the current process as it is. Software is introduced not to redescribe a working arrangement but to make the parts of it that go unrecorded visible; if the process itself needs to change, that is a separate and explicit decision.
